You can clearly see the drag knob on the top moving around and making that noise.
Tight your drag and it will fix it
Tighten the nut on top it’s the drag and that should correct it
Tighten the drag
Buy an Okuma reel off Amazon. You’ll use it for life and it’ll blow all this stuff out of the water

There’s a metal part that’s supposed to set on the shaft under the spool so it doesn’t go down that far.
