Saw a small lake local to my employer on Google maps, so I grabbed my ugly stick with a 1/4oz spinnerbait and ran over there at lunch time. Definitely will be more prepared next time 😅 thankfully there was another guy fishing this spot and he gave me a hand when I hooked this 27" pike! Was very excited, this is my first big catch.
Already ordered a net and some other odds and ends and looking forward to hitting up this spot again!
