Instagram feeds me this Obalus reel about five times a day. Is it good? Has anyone use them? I have a cheap cast King Centurion light. It is fine, but I wouldn’t mind having a different bait caster. Is this a piece of junk or worth buying?

It will feel slightly smoother than your kast king, and break in 1/4 of the time.
Picked one up for $30 from some social media post because why not. Got nearly spooled out by an aggressive musky second time out with it. Spool is warped.
Don’t expect any level of quality what so ever. Good brands don’t need to give stuff away for free. You’d be lucky to get a few trips out of it.
