Betta Fish: My boy Finn the human just passed away

So I’m putting a final tribute together for him. He was the coolest. I had him for 2 and a half years, purchased as an adult fish so I have no idea how old he could have been. He always greeted me with a little happy dance. He loved to eat shrimp & baby ramshorns & hang with his ember tetra buddies. His long fins meant he did spend a lot of his time resting, but he would always at least say a quick hi to me if I passed by. I think he passed from old age? He’s been slower & more sleepy these last few months, spending more time resting at the bottom (even though he has no limit to elevated resting spots), and today he was gone. Love you, Finn the human. You were a great fish.
