Good start definitely. Is that the orginal mesh the java ferns came in? If so the mesh should be removed. Also the flow may be a bit strong for a beta.

I think you have a good foundation. The flow is a little high for a longfin beta. It may cause some unnecessary stress. It looks like it’s pushing the catflish also, you should baffle it a little bit so it’s not so strong.
The tank is suspiciously very clean…it has been cycled for awhile right?

I think it looks great! Corys do like to be in larger groups, if you have 3, I’d get at least 3 more to make them feel safe and secure. They won’t bother your betta and he won’t bother them.
