This scary looking evil creature is in my tank, what is it? Doesn't seem like planaria because of the skinny head but it's long compared to the detritus worms I've had and goes from skinny to blob (I apologize for the bad quality Google pixel is buns at focusing).

Either a leech ir a worm either way KILL IT
If it attaches at one end only its a leech. Remove and kill.
