No, goldfish don’t get pregnant, they get gravid with eggs, these are too young i’m pretty sure. make sure you have a pond for them to move into when they get bigger they’ll need one, and stocking wise i hope you’ve thought through what tank mates they have and weather the tank mates are tropical or cold water like goldfish
You shouldn’t be keeping skirt tetras with goldfish because they have different temperature ranges. What temperature is your tank?
