Wish i had a better picture before i bled it but i had to harvest this being from florida. Let go a nice cutthroat earlier in the day so had to put this one on the fire.
Also first time cooking a wild trout. Ended up cooking it whole. Was a little rare towards the bottom but i ate it anyways. Maybe one of the best fish i’ve ever had. Hopefully no parasites for me 🤞
