OMG! This is the second or third time Walmart has shipped my items in a humongous box! The item almost fell out of the flaps when I opened it. Why can’t they send it in an envelope or something suitable for its size? This is crazy.

I know it may seem like a lost cause but I looked it up and you can call the Walmart help line (1-800-925-6278), givem your order number, and let them know that your item was sent in an oversized package.
Package waste is a huge problem and needs to be enforced.
If it’s anything like my retailer the bags are only for clothing or stuff in boxes already like shoes. Really is wasteful but logistically it can make sense.
