Replace the tip top guide. They sell kits on Amazon
Get a really small round file and try cleaning it up I suppose. Harbor freight’s a good cheap bet.
You can replace it or buy a new rod. This is why you don’t reel terminal tackle or lures up into the eyelet. This is also why you don’t hook your hook into an eyelet for storage
