Setup#1 Penn fierce iv 7ft medium light 2500 with 10lb braid to 12lb fluro
Setup #2 ugly stick carbon 7ft medium 3000 with 15lb braid to 12lb fluro
Setup #3 (to many birdsnest that’s why I went spinning lol) dobyns furry 734, tatula sv tw 100 with 30lb braid to 15lb fluro.
Do u think I can use the chatter bait , frog, bucktail and spinner bait on all these?

Throwing a frog on anything lighter than a medium heavy will be annoying after a while. Not sure what the action is on your dobyns but I would feel confident with a medium heavy or heavier if I’m working it through pads. A medium will feel like a chore working a frog through heavy cover and even more so if a bass pulls you under foliage. I’m also surprised you’re getting tons of backlash on a tatula SV. The brakes are pretty forgiving but are you adjusting your tension with each lure you’re tying on?
Looks good but that 3/8 chatter is going to be an issue on your medium rod. Everything else should be fine. Might get some darker soft baits for the jigs. I never have any luck with white but that’s my area so you never know
