Hi… Everything was going fine until I changed the airline to the air stone in the middle, I had to move all the rocks and in the process a lot of sediment came up and settled again.
After this I the fish seemed to all go to the top of the tank and, so I checked the water quality, and nitrate was reported high, I did a 40-50% water change but most of the fish are still at the top struggling. Currently temp is 26.8°c
The soil is about 4 weeks old, I changed it all from gravel/soil mix.
Everything was normal and fish were all swimming normally beforehand.
Current water quality tests report in the OK areas of the test kit.
Shrimp and crayfish seem fine.
Currently I've lost 2 Rasboras and 2 neon's.
Any advice? Or do I just need things to settle and wait?

Is your PH usually so low?
Lack of oxygen most probably. An air stone does help with oxygen in the water but the real way is surface agitation. Get some movement on the surface
Maybe more oxygen? Had the same issue and just fixed the flow of the filter outlet. Your fish behavior looks like that could be the problem.
Test strips are bull shit btw
I don’t see a lot of bubbles and most of them seem large. Air stones should be placed as deep as possible. The bubbles should not be forced to coalesce by any obstructions as they ascend.
