I left my fish with my neighbor for a few weeks while I was on Vacation. Gave him a feeding plan and guide to water changes, + neighbor owns 3 aquariums. Come back and there a whole in my fucking fish? Is there any way to save him or is he gonna have to be euthanized 🙁

It’s probably from the filter you need to get something to cover the intake asap, it’s fins look rough as well, I’d start a round of kanaplex or something to make sure that doesn’t get infected. Make sure you keep the water pristine too

most bettas life span is 2-5 year he just might be old also it could be fin rot
