I have set up aquarium up it is a 55L shallow aquarium it has java ferns and Anubias in, I let it run for 2 days before adding fish, I bought 5 guppies and also got some old media from the aquatic store, I have also used API quick start and API aqua essential to remove chlorine from the tap water, I have been lightly feeding the fish and been testing the water daily, the ammonia nitrite and nitrate are all still showing 0 after 2 days of guppies being in there
I will continue to test daily however when should I start to see the cycle begin with ammonia showing?

Generaly cycling takes at least 2 weeks before adding fish. Seeing as you already introduced fish I would look into fish in cycle. For amonia it shouldn’t show up in tests in a cycled tank.
Really good setup, keep it up, know that you are not perfect from day 1.
And with the tank size and the amount of fish you have nitrate and nitrite won’t fluctuat much
