Yes however I’ve heard kubotai can be a little rude sometimes. But I haven’t kept kubotai so I could very well be misinformed

You could fit 20-30 chili rasbora in there. They’re tiny. In fact, more would be cooler IMO.
I’d get more plant coverage before you add any. You could do a school of 15 with this stocking, but you’ll also need a bigger tank for your corydora, the footprint is a bit too small on this for them.
You can – but you are starting to push limits. Adolfoi’s corys get pretty big
