Not to sure if this is normal but I bought this 2023 Stradic 5000xg off of digitaka about 2 months ago and it’s always made this sound since purchased. It’s greased and oiled but just has this sound and I’m wondering if it’s normal or not. Thanks

Yes it’s normal, should it be normal, prob not, but this is within Shimano tolerances, I sent back a few reels that made this to Shimano and they re lubed them and said basically nothing is wrong it just sounds like that, the grease did help a little bit but it’s still not silent lol I have seen others, but even under warranty Shimano didn’t think it was a problem they would fix.
