A lot of fish can be in setups with current as long as your aqua scaping keeps in mind that they will need somewhere to escape it if they want to chill.
Need to make calm zones and areas for fish who want to avoid the constant flow to be able to hang out.
They’ll probably be fine so long as they aren’t subjected to it no matter what they do and where they go.

You could add/change some rock to buffer a section of the current to give a “resting place” if it were. I would, myself, but either way you’d want to privode all fish with adequate spaces to exist within their natural realm of behaviors.
Minnow species, like shiners, would do well but would need a place to rest and to shiner stuff. I’ve recently had Red shiners and absolutely loved them. Highly underrated, IMO. They do well with faster current, providedthey get some resting space. You’ll want a good ratio of minnows to avoid them bugging the loaches. They tend to behave in constant territory skirmishes but not too fin nippy. They like that long square footage to work with and will get stressed if “boxed in” or constantly fighting current. It’s likely the same with your current fish, albeit minnows would likely do a nudge better.
??? Provide some eddy/resting areas??? Tank looks good

Rainbowfish, like most other fish, enjoy having an area of flow to hang out in, provided that they also have areas where they can get out of the current to rest.

Salmon swimming upstream to breed would have trouble with that current 😜

Yeah, that’s a lot higher flow than where they’re found in the wild. Over time, the stress would lead to premature death for them.
