Betta Fish: Meet Diego, my first Betta

Maybe i am biased but DAMN He's a pretty boy. He is from a German breeder, in the hope his Genes are… alright.

Question, as a first timer: how many pellets should he eat a day? (Size in the video) Does he require flaring with his Fin size?

He joined me 2 days ago and ngl he's showing great behaviour already. Confident, curious and so far peaceful (except for snails… and sand…)
