Looking to getting my first raft, was thinking of buying the nrs slipstream 129, & i would be roughing it without a trailer for the first year, but was wondering if anybody had opinions/experience with this boat? (Cutty on a mayfly for exposure)

I’ve haven’t been in one but I’ve checked them out up close and seen a ton of them on the water. Everyone with one of the newer plants nes seems to love it and I’ve seen a ton of the 142s running when it’s super skinny. My understanding is there were a couple of things people didn’t like about the original model and they were fixed on the newer update. They seem like a really good deal for a turnkey boat. Might be worth trying to find some decent used oars instead of going with the rowers package.
I’d strongly advise trying to find a trailer. You can definitely find a bare bones raft trailer that needs some tlc or a cheap utility trailer that can be converted to a deck over with a couple of sheets of plywood.
