How do I attach it to my line and properly insert the treble hook into the softbait? And how do I fish it?

I would say use an EWG hook, but I have never seen a paddle tail this fat.
Good ol bait to catch the fisherman
Its a line through bait.
Where did you get it? Why no instructions?
