Betta Fish: Is my new betta still a baby?

I got her at petco as an “assorted female”, but i can still see all her organs and stuff inside. Is that just her coloring, like a cellophane, or is she still young and developing? She’s about 1.25 inches so if she’s still a baby she’s gonna be a big gal
