Is this waterflow alright? I just cut the plants so it probably contributed to the strength. When they grow out again it should make the flow weaker

Is that a lid ?? idk im kinda blind tbh but the flow seems a bit strong maybe slow it down or put something infront the betta seems like hes fighting to stay in his spot and you can see how the *duckweed*? is kinda spinning round and round
Definitely high
