I just received my first female betta in the mail. She spent 8 days in a tiny bag in a box. She seems healthy and undamaged by her ordeal. When I went to take a closeup photo, I noticed dozens of tiny white spots on her head and body.
Is this ich or maybe bacterial nodes from the water quality in the bag she spent 8 days in?

Definitely ich, raise tank temperature to roughly 87 degrees gradually over a couple hours and use salt. Your whole tank is infected now so you have to treat the whole thing.Â
Ich. Do daily salt dips and treat the whole tank with IchX
