Ignore how messy everything is at the moment, i had this 8 gallon fish tank on another dresser that i had to swap(not related to the fish tank it was simply ugly lol) and it held up very well. I’m unsure about this one as the other one seemed a bit sturdier. I climbed on top of it (for reference i am 116 pounds) and sat down and also kinda stood up and it seemed fine, I mean it moved but nothing extremely wobbly. Do i replace it completely or will it be fine ? Help lol!!!!

It’ll probably be fine. I’d suggest putting down a larger mat for any splashes so it doesn’t ruin the dresser top.
The tank is less than 70lbs full of water.
It should be fine. I’ve had bigger tanks on cheap ikea dressers with no issues.
