I called Orvis and was told they don't send out parts on older reels, instead I could send it in for $30 plus parts…. I need a new bearing and the retention clip. Does anyone have a source for stuff like that.

Find a reel to use for parts that may be broken another way. $30 plus parts still seems like a good deal considering a new hydros would be 300+
