I think it looks like a great home for your betta. He’s beautiful, btw. Does the tank have any type of lid? I don’t think I could ever fully relax if I had a betta in a tank with no lid, but maybe that’s just me. Only other advice I’d add is to throw some catappa leaves or a small piece of driftwood in there to produce some tannins. The floaters are a great start, but it still looks pretty bright.
Obligatory question because I don’t know how experienced you are, but is the tank cycled? Just want to make sure you didn’t set yourself up for failure without even knowing it. If not, research nitrogen cycle asap. If it is, please forgive me, I’m only trying to ensure happiness for you and your little buddy!
