Was about to spend $100 on a new one. I opened up the gear box and found both cone tooth were broken. Looked on their website and found them both for $5 each! So stoked!

If you ever need replacement parts again try reaching out to their customer service before ordering. Best warranty experience I’ve had with a manufacturer so far.
