A month ago he stopped making bubble nests, seemed a bit lethargic. Then I came across this sub and realized his fins weren’t supposed to be torn (first betta) then noticed a bump behind his fin near his gill. 2 weeks ago, 50% water changed, cleaned all the rocks, filter, hammock. 10 days ago, added 5ml of Pimafix daily, 25% water change after 7 days. He’s 3 years old, is there something else I can do?

Cleaned all the rocks filter and hammock? That will likely disrupt the nitrogen cycle and cause spikes. The bacteria you need lives on filter media and decor/plants inside the tank, as well as biofilm and other things that keep the tank healthy and safe. What are your water parameters? If you don’t have already I recommend the API master test kit as it’s much more accurate than dipsticks. A little more expensive up front but can perform hundreds of tests.
He looks like he has some kind of fungal or other infection, probably needs kanaplex. Pimafix can burn and clog their labyrinth organ so best to avoid that. Anything with “fix” in the name is pretty much always something you should avoid. I hope he gets better ❤️
Idk what that is but its not a tumor, probably something els. Cant help you much sorry, wanted to say that be careful rinsing the filter, it hold beneficial bacteria and should only be rinsed in old tank warer (just incase you used sink water). Also, what is the purpose of Pimafix?
