I saw many people claim have they have successfully kept boraras species , chilli rasbora and co, at hard alkaline condition with KH around 10
Is it possible?
Anyone had any experience ?
I have high kh tank !
And want to try chilli but if possible dont wanna get into tempering with my parameters

No experience with chili rasboras specifically, but my experience (with cpd) is that if you can keep the fish at neutral then they’ll do fine at the PHs you describe, but you might not see mating behaviors
