Betta Fish: Eggs or foam?

Hello, could somebody give me their More experienced opinion than my own, is the image above eggs or some sort of foam?

I have one female betta. I know she's female because I can see her ovipositor clearly And she's rapidly gained weight over the past month since I've gotten her. (I mean the weight itself isn't a marker but combined with that I'm assuming that she's eggbound)

The only change I've done to the tank is yesterday I did a 25% water change because I'm dosing the tank with diluted paragard (4th day). Other than that the water looks pretty clear. No filter changes or new media or anything like that. This is not the first day I've seen the bubbles, I've seen them yesterday. The stuff on the top of my tank is kind of always getting moved around, she has a hammock with frog bit in it, there's a little corral with frog bit that she likes to hang out in, And those are always drifting and getting moved when I have to do things.
