It should scare you. It would probably be fine as static weight, but the second someone bumps the stand, those legs will shear like butter.
Needs center vertical support from floor to tank bottom. Then the legs would still need reinforcing for side to side racking.
No, that will without a doubt bow, sag, and crack your tank. Buy a proper stand, or build a cinerblock stand.

It should hold the entire tanks life. That might only be a few minutes or hours though.
