It’s just electricity and assuming this electricity doesn’t burn them completely (it doesn’t look like yours burns them completely as even more delicate bits like the antennae are mostly intact), the mosquitoes should still be mostly nutritionally complete except for being slightly singed.
There are other fishkeepers that do this and they don’t really report any issues.
I doubt it removed many nutrients and when I do the same, my fish seem to like being able to snatch bugs from the surface anyway so it’s good for them.
Also I appreciate you seem to be waging a psy ops campaign on the other mosquitoes.
