Hi so I might be wrong but after zooming in it appears that they are like plastic planting cups that suction to the glass and they are planted in some Sort of substrate maybe an aquasoil of some kind (I’m far from an expert I’m a beginner so take my words with a pinch of salt) I have no idea what plants are inside but I think you can get the planters delivered on Amazon or something if you have a look online ? I might be wrong about all of it but this is my guess good luck !!! 🦖🖤

And this one looks like it’s got some clear thread attached to a command hook of some kind attached to the top of the cupboard or shelves the tank is sitting on. So I think this one is just suspended at the preferred height, but I do still think the other one is a suction planter! 🦖🖤
