My female betta has been so bloated. We are on day 3 of fasting when I went to check on her tank and seen white little spots everywhere. Upon further investigation I found a ton of what I’m thinking are eggs inside her floating log. How do I help her release more eggs since she still seems extremely bloated

Yeah, those are eggs! My female betta recently laid eggs too. She will lay the rest of her eggs naturally. I recommend suctioning out those eggs as they are unfertilized and will rot causing a ammonia spike.
She will eat them which will just bloat her more if you don’t siphon them.
