Hello everyone! I got this tank planted a few days ago, and I was coming to start cycling the tank when I noticed this weird film on it. Any help identifying? Thanks!
Water parameters
Temp: 78°
pH: 7.0-7.2 (API colorimetric test, hard to tell)
gH and kH: No way to test yet, tests are coming in soon, will update
Ammonia: 0.25 ppm
Nitrite: 2.0-5.0 (again colorimetric test, will attach pics of my test results)
Nitrate: 10 ppm
I haven’t added any fish or other animals yet, just the plants. I’m not sure why things are up, I’m not sure if the driftwood or plants have anything to do with it. I currently have:
Red Root Floaters
Java Moss
Jungle Val
Java Fern
Anubias Frazeri
