Hi i noticed this lump on my boys gill i first thought it was an inflamed gil but the waters all fine i do weekly water changes he has a planted tank it’s 50 litres nothing he can hurt himself on im very lost could he have a tumour or does it look like something else (he’s in a salt bath in image)

looks like a tumor, it’s just genetics you can’t do anything to prevent them
