Hey all I sent this reel to Shimano for this noise it’s making, just got it back and it’s still making the same noise. Unfortunately will be going to send it back what can I tell them to check for?
**Nothing is my line, no knots getting stuck in guides, not bringing in a fish just reeling in my 1/4 oz jig head. **

Sounds like the roller bearing needs some grease and lube, try that first I’m sure it will fix your issue
