Everyone on this sub or that partake in trout fishing in general usually use about 3-4 baits. These are the spinner, jerkbait, worms, powerbait (and of course your fly fishermen). People really underestimate how effective something as simple as a Berkeley atomic tube is. There are many other jigs that kill it but just a thought.

Stop talking about it, we like that people stick to those 3-4 baits and that they don’t get any clever ideas like branching out or trying new stuff.
Wow, “everyone this sub” way to generalize. 2in paddle tail swimbaits with or without headspin jighead, hair jigs with gulp leach trailer and cutthroat or gold and red kastmasters are my top 3.
I catch most of my trout on whopper ploppers, we are not the same pal
Nice cutty!
I have great luck for Great Lakes steelhead on a 1/32 jighead with a white crappie tube. Fished under a float. Was one of my go to’s this winter
