Introducing my new buddy Schmidt! Just got him yesterday, have been cycling his tank for a few weeks. I read somewhere about this specific breed not liking too strong of a water flow so I am concerned about the flow of water being too strong (the spout in the top left corner) any tips on how to reduce the flow? If I’m totally off base please let me know. Trying to give this guy the best life he can have! Also, if you have any suggestions or tips on how to make my tank better let me know as well I’m open to suggestions/criticism, etc! He’s currently in a 5 gal. I had the lights dimmed to the lowest possible setting in this pic because he was being shy once I acclimated him hehe

Everything looks fine. A good indicator of flow: they should be able to stop in the water without using their tail to swim against the current.
