Got scammed by a Facebook ad from what appeared to be a legit business since they appeared to have an actual DBA in Atlanta. Expensive Penn rod and reel going for a $69.99.
Month later nothing arrived. Looked up the business in BBB and they had over 700 complaints of products not arriving and excuses. They resolved 4 of the 700 BBB filings.
Like scam tv ads and scam mailings, Facebook knows about the scams, but they allow it because they are paying for ad revenue.
