This store is selling this fish as a spotted long nose gar most fish sold as spotted gar are actually Florida gar and spotted gar are banned in my state because they are critically endangered but Florida gar are legal. Would anyone know if this is a Florida or a spotted gar?

That looks like a spotted gar i dont know how they got one but really cool find in all honestly id buy that thing if I could they are so cool😭🙏
