The Hayward area has tons of lakes and the Namekagon River that has everything from trout to musky. Where specifically are you going? What kind of equipment do you have? Easy to catch fish from shore will be panfish, bass and Northern. So small jigs/ hooks under a bobber with worms or minnows for panfish. In line and clothes pin spinners, jerk baits, shallow crank baits. Texas rigged plastics. I know the area well. Be happy to help
