I found this disc to a reel about a month ago and have tried to get it back to its owner, no luck finding them. Is there a way I could buy just the other part of the reel since this is just the disc then I’d have a functional reel.

In theory you would just need to buy a whole new reel and then you would have 2 spools for the same reel.
You’d probably be better off just buying a complete reel.

Yes, but it is tricky. You need to carefully measure the dimensions and loom around at the brand. You’ll have to cruise a lot of on line retailers to see who carries that brand.
Other issues: if it’s an old model, might be discontinued and finding the reel might be impossible. Any number of possible variables of the spool fitting the reel properly.
