He looks like a marble doubletail.
Breed is Betta Splendens. Looks like a longfin doubletail (please read up on this as they can have more swim bladder and digestion issues). Hard to tell the colour, you need to wait for a couple of weeks for his colour to darken up to really be able to say.
His color isn’t going to stay like that. A betta I bought was pinkish white with just a bit of blue and orange when I got him, now his entire body is a dark metallic blue.
