Aquariums: What is going on with this fish? Its body looks bruised and it seems to be spreading across its body

I got this rummynose from the LFS about a month ago, and I noticed the weird discoloration, but it didn’t seem ‘sick’ or anything. Over the past month, I’ve noticed the discoloration spread more across its body.
