To be honest most of the kits suck.
You’re better off saving up and getting say a peak vise or griffin for example.
Decent scissors, bobbin and whip finisher. Then the materials for one or two flies.
I often think that these kits end up giving people a bad impression. Now not everyone but often the lower quality ends up frustrating people and they don’t end up continuing with it.
I got a bunch of materials on facebook marketplace when I first started. That worked out pretty well, but I still ended up buying a Peak Vice eventually.
