Hey all – if you're like me and love trout fishing and enjoying smoked trout, but live in an apartment / condo, this recipe (pic #4) is absolutely delicious. I had to share since I just tried it for the first time with a few small stockers I caught yesterday and I'm shocked how well it worked. I followed this recipe exactly as it was written. Credit to the Utah Wildlife Forum where someone posted it.
