Bought a pack of 1.4” fuzzy balls or whatever people call them for panfishing. Is this position correct or should I let it back or push it forward? I have some other jigheads with shad that looks like regular lures but never really dealt with these before

Looks like plumbus….should catch though
You could position it at the bend of the hook but for this you’re better off fishing it on a drop shot. Use something like a 1/16oz pencil weight with a #2 hook if you’re going for panfish.
