He has been constipated for about a week now. His previous tank mates got a little frisky and he indulged a little to much in the baby guppies. I moved him into a different tank by himself. He has been quite lethargic and I checked on his using a flashlight and was pooping so I have some hope he will pull through now.

Try some Daphnia and elevate the temp to 80~82F for a bit.
