Rescued this little guy who was on the verge of death. How does he look to you guys? Also I have a huge issue with the odor my tank is giving. It’s like a strong animal urine smell. What could I be doing wrong?
The tank has only been cycling for about 3 weeks I’ve done 3 water changes. It is a 10 gallon with 6 neon tetras and two mystery snails. I been feeding tiny blood worms and betta pellets

Why is the water level so low?
It’s a little over the filter recommendation line. I also have like a 2-3 inch gap on the lid due to the filter, I’m scared he might jump. This is my first tank ever
